Higgins & Associates is a Chandler, Arizona firm specializing in Landscape Architecture and environmental analysis of highway transportation projects and facilities. We offer a unique combination of Transportation Noise Analysis, Landscape Architecture and Construction Management services on transportation projects, from concept design studies through construction and operation.

Higgins & Associates, established in 1995, has completed over 30 noise analysis projects in Arizona ranging from capacity improvement projects through major corridor studies involving Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements, to noise analysis for private developers and home builders.
We also coordinate the $250 million (five year program estimate) Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) highway program on National Forest Lands in the six national forests in Arizona, for ADOT.

Patrick J. Higgins, Principal, Registered Landscape Architect in NYS and AZ with 29 years of highway experience in public and private sectors. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree and has over 21 years of professional experience with NYS DOT.

Robert Esposito, Sr. Noise Analyst, provides clients with timely and accurate noise analysis and mitigation options in conformance with FHWA and State Highway guidelines. His financial and statistics background (MBA degree) and 20 years of professional experience is well suited to the complexities of traffic noise analysis and noise prediction modeling.
